A defining achievement of his career includes his leadership contribution to NPCC offshore projects, including the Umm Lulu FFD Super Complex, which achieved 26 million safe man-hours—demonstrating the importance of disciplined HSE governance, workforce leadership, and operational risk control on complex projects.
